Padang Abode began as a small practice on Draycott Drive in the Tanglin district — a part of Singapore known for its canopy of rain trees, quiet lanes, and a particular stillness that feels rare in a city of such energy. Our founders, both long-time Singapore residents, noticed something missing in the local property market: a truly personal approach to helping people find homes that fit their lives rather than merely their checklists.
Over the years, we have helped professionals, families, and relocating expatriates settle into homes across Singapore's finest residential areas. Each engagement begins the same way — with a conversation that centres on how our clients actually live, not on inventory availability or transaction timelines.
